Silent Form is a collaboration with the Norwegian improvisation collective Kitchen Orchestra with music prepared by Mike in response to his research into the early Atlantic recordings of Ornette Coleman. The ensemble made its debut in Stavanger, Norway in November 2022, and a forthcoming album will be released in 2024. 

 

The music was created as part of a wider research project, that also includes an independent website and blog. For more information on both click here
